Dimplex has introduced a chic new creamy-white gloss colour finish with the Dimplex Chevalier Electric Stove , the latest addition to the award winning Optiflame range of fires.
The Dimplex Chevalier Electric Stove has classic cast iron stove styling with a contemporary design that features large picture window doors that can also be opened to fully reveal the real coal or log burning effect fuel beds and realistic flickering flames.
Like all Dimplex Optiflame and Opti-myst fires, the flame effects can be lit independently of selecting heat, which makes it ideal for minimising energy costs and providing a warming focal point fire in commercial displays or in the home. Not only is there no wastage of energy through overheating, the fire can also be used year round on dull but mild days and evenings.
Heat is available from a thermostatically controlled concealed 2kW fan heater, operated manually or using a remote control. The Dimplex Chevalier Electric Stove also comes complete with a choice of real coals or log effect fuel bed, and these can be easily swapped to provide a different look for the mood or season.
The Dimplex Chevalier Electric Stove looks like a substantial woodburning stove and yet its clever design has compact dimensions to allow it to fit most UK homes. It stands 640mm high, is 620mm wide and 390mm deep and because it's electric, it can be plugged in anywhere, with no need for a chimney or flue.
Being electric, there are no concerns about emissions either and no annual safety checks are required. It is backed by the additional security of BEAB approval which is an independent guarantee of safety.
